I wanted to take a few moments of your time to let you know about our wonderful vending machine company. My name is Therese Baricuatro and I work for Spiral Binding Inc. in Camarillo. Here’s my story. (Fade to black)~~~~

Once upon a time…I was in dire straights about finding a decent vending machine company. I had employees that were not happy as we had two vending machines that never worked and we did not receive service to help resolve the problems. Since I am in the purchasing position – the company turned to me for help. My searching adventure began……….

I started by googling for local companies. Calling, making appointments, getting quotes, it was maddening since there were so many restrictions for different companies.

Then I came across “Tannenbaum Vending, Inc.” on the yellow pages search. At this point I was giving up hope that there was a decent, old fashion vending service that actually believes in ‘servicing’ the customer as well as taking care of business.

I gave them a call and I spoke to Linda Crockett (a human!!) on the first try. No messages for callbacks or talking to machines. She was wonderful!! We talked like we knew each other for years. She gave me my quotes right there on the phone and answered all my questions AND made arrangements to replace the machines we had. We set everything up and the service was excellent.

Anthony delivered the machines within a few days and he was just as wonderful in explaining procedures and meeting all our requirements. Ever since that phone call, Tannenbaum Vending Inc has taken care of us, and has won our companies’ loyalty.

I am the Office Manger for The Waggoners Trucking in Oxnard; I wanted to take a few moments of your time to talk about a top notch vending machine company, Tannenbaum Vending.

I had two machines from a previous company that were either not working or empty, more often then not. Needless to say I had very unhappy drivers. Over the years I had looked into other companies but for one reason or another it just was not a good fit.

Linda Crockett and I had worked together, so you can image my joy when I received a call from her one afternoon telling me that she and her husband, Anthony, were in the process of purchasing “Tannenbaum Vending, Inc”.  I couldn’t get their machines in fast enough.
